We want you to love your Tumble home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all our washable rugs and decor. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your space feels just right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box, ensuring all components like rug pads or clips are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
